Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. No physical items are mailed for digital purchases.

Spiritual, intuitive, and energy-based services are delivered digitally or remotely and do not involve physical shipping.

Physical products are fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand and shipping partners. Orders are processed manually, and shipping costs for physical items are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order, the number of items purchased, the destination country, and the selected shipping method. Orders containing multiple items may incur additional shipping costs.

Shipping rates are provided at checkout and may change at any time due to carrier pricing updates, fuel surcharges, destination changes, fulfillment partner adjustments, or other operational factors. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been placed.

We currently ship to select countries only. We do not ship to certain regions, including countries within the European Union. Orders placed from restricted countries may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.

Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and carrier. Orders shipped to countries outside the United States may experience longer transit times. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, payment processing delays, holidays, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.
